  • What is SynerBee?

    SynerBee is SonicBee's innovative Software as a Service (SaaS) portfolio for intelligent Identity management and Access control solutions.

  • How long does a SynerBee installation take?

    A typical deployment of SynerBee requires approximately 8 hours to configure. A SynerBee consultant will walk you through the basic configuration and make sure a handover is completed. 

  • How is SynerBee deployed?

    SynerBee is deployed on the AWS cloud platform. Depending on your organization’s geographic location, your data will reside in a data center in North America or Western Europe.

  • How are products licensed?

    Our products are typically licensed on a per user basis. We offer subscription licenses. More information can be requested through sales@sonicbee.nl.

Technical and security questions

  • How many connectors are in SynerBee?

    We currently have two connectors predefined: AzureAD and AFAS Office HR Online. You have the option to request more. You can do this through sending a message to our support team via support@sonicbee.nl.

  • How secure is SynerBee?

    SynerBee uses redundant servers in multiple regions in North America and Western Europe to maximize uptime. Your data never leaves the country of origin. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. 

  • Who has access to our information when we use SynerBee?

    Outside of our system administrators, no one has access to your data.

  • How can I access SynerBee?

    All you need to have to access SynerBee is an internet connection and a browser. SynerBee is supported on many web browsers and devices including:

  • When will SynerBees system maintenance be preformed?

    SynerBee is constantly being expanded and updated. We do this at night. That way you won't be hindered by this. We always announce major maintenance well in advance. This way, the stability and reliability of our online business software are not compromised.
